1. Acceptance
Accessing and using the Numenia website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of services
Numenia provides digital self-discovery content: interactive experiences based on numerology, tarot, and compatibility. Deliverables include personalized reports and readings generated from information you provide. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence (a language model) from the data you submit, guided by our own symbolic methodology, described on the Methodology page. Content is for reflection and entertainment; it does not replace professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or financial).
3. Eligibility
Services are intended for adults aged 18+ or for minors with appropriate supervision. You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts in your place of residence.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and ethically. You may not: use the services for unlawful purposes; resell, redistribute, or republish reports without permission; circumvent payment or access controls; run unauthorized bots or scraping; or engage in fraud or abuse that harms other users or the service.
5. Intellectual property
Site content (text, layout, marks, logic, and design) is owned by Numenia or its licensors. The report generated for you is for personal use only; commercial exploitation requires prior authorization.
6. Prohibited misuse
Fraud, unauthorized resale, falsified data, or use that violates local laws or these terms may result in account termination, access restrictions, and appropriate legal action.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numenia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services. If the system is temporarily unavailable, we will work to restore access promptly and, where applicable, honor deliveries already paid for.
8. Account and access
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or conduct that harms the platform or others. You may stop using the site at any time; amounts already paid and delivered remain subject to the refund policy in force.
9. Oracle Circle membership (when available)
In addition to one-time readings, Numenia may offer an optional membership called Oracle Circle, billed monthly or annually. No full Tarot, Numerology, or Compatibility reading requires a membership — those remain one-time purchases. When Oracle Circle is available for purchase, billing renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the amount and on the date shown before you confirm, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, through a management link in your account or by emailing support, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid — no penalty.
The monthly Oracle credits included with the plan are added to your balance each successfully billed period; they do not expire automatically while your account is active and can be used whenever you like. If you cancel, you stop receiving new credits, but any balance already granted remains available for use. The member discount on one-time readings, where applicable, is described on the membership page at the time you subscribe.
We may adjust the membership price for future billing cycles, with reasonable advance notice before any increase takes effect; the amount already charged for the current period does not change. Applicable taxes, where required by law, may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout depending on your location and payment method. The amount may be displayed and charged in different currencies depending on the payment method available in your region (for example, US dollars via international card).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
