Secure payment
Payments are processed by external providers with encryption (card via Stripe). Numenia does not store your full card data. Access to your reading is released through a secure link after payment is confirmed.
How the reading works (AI use)
Each reading combines a deterministic symbolic engine with an AI language layer. The AI writes the interpretation with guardrails: reflective tone, no absolute promises, and never medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
Limits of the readings
Readings are for entertainment and reflection. They do not predict the future, do not guarantee outcomes, and do not replace health, legal, psychological or financial professionals.
Editorial content and corrections
Guides, articles and meaning pages are written with AI assistance from traditional symbolic sources and go through review before publishing. Found a mistake? You can report it and we follow up.
Your data and privacy
You don't need an account to begin. We do not sell or share your data. You can request access to or deletion of your data through the official contact.
Refund and purchase recovery
If you paid and didn't receive, or need to recover access, use the email recovery. The refund policy describes timelines and conditions.
